I wonder how many things we are missing because we do not stop and listen to those around us? In this age of fear and fighting and name calling and lack of trust for those who are not “on our team”, I wonder if we can hear anything at all.

This occurs when the second dog stops what he/she is doing and goes to support or back up a dog that is on point.

I reached out to a young 30-year-old female to have a discussion on politics. That young lady happens to be my daughter, Lauren. She and I do not agree on politics.

I am becoming more and more aware of how the constant influx of negative information transforms us from being our best to becoming our worst.

The past week has proven to be incredibly intense, highlighting the deep divide within our country. That’s why I am standing my ground. This stance has little to do with political posturing and more to do with my call and commitment as a leader.

In the picture was a car parked in a space that read Visitors.  While the rest of the company parked in the designated employee parking spaces the CEO of the company chose the spot closest to the building.
