Dr. Nick Gillespie

Ok, I admit it. Leadership seems to be a very subjective word. It seems as if everyone has their own definition of what good leadership looks like. I can tell you that it is a journey and not an event. I also can tell you that the best leaders I know are those who admit and face their struggles and weaknesses. It begins with humility and ends with service.

Meet Dr. Nick Gillespie. He is a medical doctor who has been leading for a long time. He has studied with some of the brightest minds in the world and he is incredibly brilliant. He also has a humble spirit and genuine concern for his patients and their families. That is why this man is greatly loved and admired by those in his community, state and beyond.

Recently he spoke with me about how he grew into the person he is today. It began on a farm and continues to this day, as he enthusiastically serves his patients and others. Take the time to listen to this 2 part Crossing The Line podcast. You will smile and I bet you will learn something.

Dr. Nick Gillespie shares about life on the farm, innovation, authority, self awareness and most of all making a difference!
