Brad’s Challenge

Humble leaders are rare. The ability to make an impact without the need for recognition and accolade is uncommon in our world. I’ve met many leaders that constantly need to be recognized for their contributions, and they often come across as self-important and arrogant. Brad is not that kind of leader. In fact, he would prefer to remain unseen. His desire is to help others to become better. He works on it every day. Don’t write his goal off as being cliché or soft. I have witnessed his strong leadership in situations where most would crumble.

Brad is a leader who lives and loves with a humility that is truly extraordinary. His insight and intellect is off-the-charts high. It would be easy for him to look down on those who don’t possess his technical acumen and IQ. It would be easy for him to seek attention or glory for all that he has accomplished in his life. Instead, Brad is transparent and self-aware- his humble nature makes you want to spend more time with him.

Brad is a unique thinker who brings diversity of thought and perspective to any situation. I marvel at how his mind works and how he sees the world. His ability to lead well through years of hard times and good times defines his authentic leadership style. That’s why I asked him to be my most recent guest on our Crossing The Line podcast. I want you to experience his wisdom and insight.

Give yourself a gift this week and listen to the challenging and surprising truths that Brad Schow shares with us. I promise you will be glad that you did.

Choose to take the challenge of making others better and you will make a difference.

Larry
