Humble Confidence

Usually, as a person climbs the ladder of success they become less humble. Usually, but not always. Sunny Kaila grew up on a farm in rural India. He came to the US as a teenager who was determined to work hard and take care of others. His journey took him through tough times yet he persevered.

Effective leadership is not a feeling, a thought or even an attitude. It is a choice. It takes commitment, clarity and determination. Most of all, it cannot center on ourselves. It begins with serving and caring for those around us out of a spirit of authentic care and concern. It takes incredible strength to lead well. This means that we must have the self assurance to lead with humility. Sunny calls it Humble Confidence.

Sunny has lived a life of servant leadership and now leads a large international IT company. His business success is not what sets him apart. His skill or intelligence is not what makes him so intriguing. His heart is what sets him apart.

Listen to this short 2 part podcast (part 1 today and part 2 released next Tuesday) as we walk with Sunny through his inspiring journey. Learn how he leads with his head and his heart.

Choose to lead with humble confidence and you will make a difference.
