Tom Waldon had a successful 37 year track record of senior and international experience with 3M. This includes P&L, strategy, operations, business development, and turnaround experience spanning chemicals, adhesives, automotive, healthcare, consumer, electronics, and non-profit sectors.

Post 3M, Tom has been an independent board of directors member for a family business, a private equity firm, and a non profit.

He has extensive experience in managing risks in the areas of Compensation/Governance and has provided leadership in areas ranging from CEO selection, EBITA Growth, Divestiture, Acquisition, and Integration, to Business Development, Business Startup, Turnarounds and Non-profit. As a seasoned professional, he establishes winning strategies and cultures, driving inorganic growth through mergers and acquisitions, product innovation, cultivating relationships, and fostering continuous operational improvement across global operations.
