Dave Longlet

Prior to joining Eagle as a Leadership Coach 2022, Dave spent 30+ years as an operations leader in both the Military and Civilian sectors. Roles included ICBM Combat Crew Commander and Senior Crew with the USAF and various domestic and international leadership positions with a fortune 100 company covering global manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain operations. After spending 8 years living and working outside the United States (Asia and Mexico), he completed his corporate career as the Supply Chain Vice President for the United States and Canada region. Dave is passionate about helping people discover their personal mission, reach their potential, and lead with authenticity as a certified leadership coach.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts in Materials Logistics Management from Michigan State University and a Masters in Science in Management from Leslie College along with several industry certifications. He enjoys time with family, sports, music, and hiking and exploring the Great Out Doors.
