Marcos Almonte Perez

Marcos Almonte Perez serves as Director of Leadership Development at Eagle Consulting. He is a Certified Leadership Coach and Facilitator, bringing over 23 years of bilingual leadership expertise in the US and Latin America. Marcos is dedicated to aiding leaders from various backgrounds in reaching their personal and professional goals while never losing sight of the mission and vision of their respective organizations.

With a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Theology and Counseling, Marcos has been an integral part of Eagle for 5 years, specializing in Leadership and Executive Coaching for leaders in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Skilled Trades, and other industries across the US.

Outside of work, Marcos is deeply committed to community service. He serves as the Chair of the City of Huntsville’s Hispanic Latino Advisory Council and actively supports local nonprofits. A devoted husband for 20 years and a father of 3, Marcos is driven by his passion for making a difference in his community.
