Dr. Joanna May Rouse

Dr. Joanna May Rouse serves as Director of Special Projects for Eagle Center for Leadership. She brings over 30 years of leadership experience working with a wide range of corporate and educational teams from across the United States.

Joanna has consulted and collaborated with leaders in diverse organizations; conducted strategic planning, personal growth, and team development; and created and facilitated training programs. She is an Eagle-certified leadership consultant, facilitator, and trainer.

Joanna has spent several years researching the impact of mindfulness, organizational trust, and collective efficacy with leaders to create and maintain effective organizations. She holds a Doctorate in Education from the University of Alabama. She enjoys spending weekends at her family cabin in Guntersville, Alabama with her four children.
