Melissa Jackson on digging in and leading at home and in the workplace

Melissa Jackson is the President of Eagle Center for Leadership, a trusted business partner, and a dedicated mother. I’ve watched her parent her 8-year-old daughter through home school while simultaneously leading our team through the rough waters of COVID, quarantine and civil unrest. She is constantly balancing the roles of leading as a wife, mom, and business executive.

In this conversation, Melissa and I dive deep into the challenges of leading at home and at work, and she shares with what she’s learned on her journey as a woman in the business world who refuses to settle for anything less than excellence.

Once again, I find myself learning from this incredible leader what it means to truly lead from the heart, and I am excited to share her insight and wisdom with you.
