It’s Been 12 Years!
I am amazed that what started out about 12 years ago, a short weekly email about my personal and professional observations on life and leadership, has grown into an LLM family of over 30,000 recipients plus the social media outlets on which it appears. I feel a genuine responsibility to provide practical and relevant leadership thoughts laced with much needed encouragement to help us face the obstacles that life places in our path. I feel honored when you send me a response and I read every one.
