25 Years of Making a Difference
It has been over 25 years since this MAD (Make A Difference) journey began. Through all the ups and downs, challenges and victories, our team has persevered, grown, and remained united by one powerful purpose: serving others. This remarkable group of men and women all have one thing in common—they've chosen to answer a calling to serve people and make a difference in the lives of others. For them, this journey has always been about pouring into people's lives, building meaningful relationships, and empowering individuals to thrive, both personally and professionally.
It's humbling—and incredible—to realize that over one million people have now taken The Little Profile. I’m amazed that our book and tools continue to travel around the globe, bringing clarity and meaningful conversations to relationships of every kind. As we approach the 25th anniversary of Make A Difference, we’re releasing a special edition of the book in May, featuring a new look and some new additions we think you'll enjoy. Whether you're discovering it for the first time or re-reading it again, we hope you'll join us in celebrating this milestone.
You have been an essential part of this journey. Your support—every follow, every share of Larry’s Leadership Moment—has helped this little Tuesday morning email reach tens of thousands of people around the globe.
