Phil Marshall

Phil Marshall is a seasoned leader with nearly 40 years working in Aerospace working with various fortune 500 companies in the Aviation and Space sector. He most recently served as the Vice President and General Manager for NORDAM’s Manufacturing Group located in Tulsa, Oklahoma which included four Divisions, three in Tulsa and one in Chihuahua, Mexico. He was directly responsible for executing all aspects of the business with original equipment manufacturers and including Boeing, Airbus, GE, Northrop Grumman and Gulfstream.

Prior to joining NORDAM, Phil held the position of Vice President of Production Operations for United Launch Alliance. Phil also served as Site Lead and General Manager of Boeing Delta Operations in Decatur, Alabama as well as Pueblo, Colorado.

Phil attributes the success of various enterprises directly to his ability to build teams and develop leaders. He is excited to start the next chapter in his career pursuing his passion of coaching and developing leaders and their teams. He is a Certified Eagle Coach and Facilitator with The Eagle Center for Leadership. He completed the Aerospace Industry Manufacturing Seminar at the University of Washington, attended the Boeing Leadership Center and has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University.

Phil has been happily married for 40 years and has two married sons and three Grandsons. Outside of work, Phil enjoys golf, skiing, travelling and spending time with his family.
