Lynnette Muleady

Lynnette brings more than 20 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, but what really stands out is her heart for helping people grow. Throughout her career, she has supported agents as they built their businesses, helped teams adapt to new tools and strategies, and led with a focus on making complex things feel simpler and more practical.

She began her career in sales and marketing as an agent and, over time, grew into executive leadership roles. Along the way, she became known for building strong relationships, developing people, and creating thoughtful solutions that made work easier and more effective for the field. At the core of it all is her belief that people do their best work when they feel supported, understood, and set up for success.

Whether she was developing training, helping guide strategy, or supporting agents through change, Lynnette always brought clarity, collaboration, and a real-world perspective to the work. Now retired, she continues to carry that same passion for empowering others and supporting modern, thoughtful ways of helping teams thrive.

Outside of work, Lynnette is a graduate of Michigan State University, holds her Chartered Life Underwriter designation, and earned a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from The American College. In her free time, she loves traveling, spending time with family (including her rescue dog, Quinn), and walking the beautiful beaches near her home in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
