Kevin McNulty: Part 1 - A Tough Combination

Finding someone who is authentic, transparent, and yet incredibly relevant and effective is a tough combination to find these days. Many times, leaders have head knowledge but they possess little people skills. Some may have a love for people but have no ability to execute with accountability. I recently interviewed a leader who has both.

Meet Kevin McNulty. He is a leader who understands struggle, hard work and overcoming obstacles in his life. Fighting through a disability he became a leader who served our country in the military for over 20 years. His down to earth demeanor and common-sense approach to life is truly intriguing.

Developing the ability to care for people while understanding the importance of achieving our goals is not easy. Kevin shares his story with us on how he Crosses the Line to lead and teach others. His honesty and openness allow us to learn from his mistakes as well as his victories.

This short podcast will make you smile and will leave you with relevant lessons for your life. I encourage you to click the link below for this fun and meaningful interview.

When we choose to lead with authentic care and strong accountability, we will make a difference.
