Stop & Remember
I hope you had an enjoyable, long weekend. Memorial Day brings lots of grilling, sales and gatherings. While those are all good things, this holiday also brings something else. It is a time to remember and honor the fallen men and women who paid the ultimate price for our country.
Our freedom and way of life are a result of the incredible sacrifice made by these brave service men and women. We owe more to these heroes than we could ever repay. That is why it is important for us to stop and honor them. This is not a political thing, it is an American thing.
If you have not had the opportunity to honor our fallen military, now is the time. Pause and give thanks. Stop the busyness of your day and remember the sacrifices made that allow you to experience the freedom of this great nation.
It is right and just that we hold deep appreciation and gratitude on this Memorial Day week. These fallen military heroes gave their lives in order to make a difference.
