Rick Rolando

Recently retired from 3M Company after 37 years, Rick Rolando’s career was marked by successful leadership of engineering and scientific experts. He taught them to manage the complexities of a global, matrixed company. He effectively led his teams as they focused on implementing new manufacturing technology and the commercialization of new products. Throughout his years of leadership with the 3M Company, Rick was committed to the personal and professional growth of all members of his team. He now brings that same commitment to his coaching relationships.

Rick says, “I look at coaching as a way to help other leaders learn more about themselves and use that insight to be the best leader they can be.
